Speakers will present confidently in any business setting; whether speaking to someone, one-on-one; conversing with a small group; or even addressing a large audience! To achieve these goals, our coaching often goes beyond the subtleties of speaking style and content.

Many times, we address speech defects or we modify distracting habits. Sometimes we handle such basics as hosting & managing good meetings; personal appearance and dress; dining protocol and corporate etiquette; or listening reflectively. Communications issues may involve more sophisticated items such as mingling with clients; hosting key meetings and social events; delivering bad news, handling difficult personalities; negotiating for results; or even issues of gender communications.

The ability to manage productively the interactions that occur within small task-oriented groups is a subtle, yet vital skill. When absent, it undermines the credibility and authority of managers and executives. Thus, we coach to structure dynamic interactions for group decision-making, idea generation and accountability. All foster an environment of trust, openness, productivity and authority.
