. . . a straight-forward approach to profitability
Good Manners is Good Business is a blueprint for business
behavior. The program is fast-paced, entertaining and relevant
for those interested in proper business protocol.
Dynamic, interactive and fun, many have found it great for
conferences, personal growth seminars and sales meetings. In
addition, some have used it for team building.
Audiences love their participation in this interactive,
multimedia program. We kick it off with a quick, simple
"Etiquette IQ" test (no studying is required) and then
we build from there with a slide show and a video. We draw the
fine line between stuffy manners and appropriate actions..

Two very popular added highlights include an actual meal with
wine tasting. The meal can be either a lunch or a dinner. In
either case, all issues of dining etiquette and protocol are
applied to this real dining situation! When wine tasting
is added to the program, we generally work with a well-known
wine company. The wine tasting and instructions are conducted
during what would normally be a "cocktail hour" before
a dinner!
Including this dining and wine tasting experience in an
offsite is particularly popular in smaller settings such as
executive retreats, sales meetings and incentive conferences.
Often spouses are included. Audiences find the topic fun and
interesting. They enjoy the energy, enthusiasm and style of the
presentation!
If you are looking for something unique, fun and very
informative you might try this memorable program. Not only will
you enjoy it, but your audience will thank you!
